At present, no development is proposed for this site. Roers Companies, a Minnesota-based developer, never submitted an application to the Village Planning, Zoning and Design Board (PZDB) for this site. They were interested in possible development in the past.
The PZDB indicated the initial proposal needed significant revisions to meet Village standards. The developer needed to address density limits and planning requirements, including compliance with maximum allowable units per acre.
