The Ritz-Carlton Residences

North of Coconut Road along Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay, developed by London Bay Development Group, is a major luxury condominium project on the waterfront in Estero, formerly known as Bayview Development. The project occupies nearly a mile of waterfront along Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico and comprises 224 residences in two 22-story towers.

In April 2026, London Bay Development Group announced the completion and delivery of the South Tower at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay. The first of two 22-story waterfront residential towers within the 500-acre Saltleaf master plan at 5000 Coconut Road in Bonita Springs.

The project experienced exceptionally strong early demand, with more than 90 percent of the South Tower residences reportedly sold, prompting the release of the 112 residences in the North Tower. The strong sales performance reinforces the continuing demand for high-end waterfront condominium product in the Estero/Fort Myers market.

Construction has continued to progress with ongoing work on the interior and amenity components.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences represent one of the most significant luxury waterfront residential developments in the Estero area. Its sales performance is particularly noteworthy because it indicates continued demand at the upper end of the Southwest Florida residential market, despite the substantial amount of new condominium and multifamily inventory being developed elsewhere in the region.
