Developments in Shadow Wood during 2026 have included providing direct access to the main Clubhouse, relocating the tennis courts and installing a new building to house four indoor Pickleball courts, along with a coffee shop, restaurant/bar and outdoor swimming pool. These efforts are now very advanced. The project is ahead of schedule, and despite a holdup related to the water pipe level for the pool installation, it seems possible that the project will be at or near completion by the end of 2026.
Shadow Wood recently completed modifications to the guardhouses on Coconut Road and the Three Oaks Gate, altering their appearance and increasing the roof overhang height.
