Larry serves as the Chair of the Engage Estero Military Recognition Committee and brings a distinguished background in defense engineering, technical consulting, and acoustic innovation to the team.

Throughout his high-level career, Larry held top-tier security clearances while supporting defense and intelligence agencies on critical initiatives. His experience includes working with Raytheon / E-Systems, where he led research and development for communication intercept systems, and serving as a Systems Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, specializing in imagery exploitation systems.

Building on years of expertise as an independent defense contractor, Larry has more recently focused his technical expertise on community noise solutions—investigating traffic noise issues and founding Acoustic Infrastructure LLC to pioneer active sound reduction technology.

With his unique blend of high-level technical accomplishment and dedicated community leadership, Larry is an outstanding addition to the team and a key contributor to our ongoing marketing efforts.
