She brings deep expertise in major and principal gifts, planned giving, annual and institutional fundraising, corporate partnerships, campaign strategy, prospect research, and development operations.

Her leadership track record includes rebuilding development functions, diversifying revenue streams, strengthening CRM and data systems, and guiding organizations through financial and leadership transitions.

Julie has held senior roles including Chief Development Officer at Gulfshore Opera, General Director & CEO at Opera Steamboat, and development leadership positions at Beth Morrison Projects, Arizona Opera, and Florida Grand Opera.

She holds a DMA from the University of Kansas, an MM from Wichita State University, and a BM from Drake University, and is proficient in leading fundraising and CRM platforms.
