In 1989, Joe and Joni Pavich moved to Estero with their two sons, and the Pavich family became pillars of the local community. Successful in real estate, his most significant impact has been through community advocacy and service in leadership roles in Estero and Bonita Springs. He served as the chairperson of the Engage Estero board, is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Estero, and continues to focus on improving Estero’s quality of life.
