The legends of old Florida rise again in Mud and Blues, a swamp-soaked evening of gritty music and spellbinding storytelling inspired by the wild history of the Everglades.

The Swamp Blues Band brings to life the stories that shaped Bonita Springs: outlaws slipping through moonlit mangroves, women buccaneers searching for hidden treasure along a dangerous coastline, and the construction of the Everglades corridor that forever changed life in the swamp.

Driven by gritty slide guitar, hand-built cigar box guitars, wailing harmonicas, fiery fiddles, and a back-porch rhythm born in a juke joint at the edge of the swamp, Mud and Blues blends raw blues with the colorful legends of Southwest Florida.
