The Village of Estero Planning, Zoning and Design Board will discuss several important matters at its next meeting on Tuesday, September 15.

These meetings are an opportunity for residents to learn more about growth, development, and zoning changes within Estero and to voice questions, concerns, and comments on these topics.

• A proposal for a 26,000-square-foot outpatient clinic for veterans, called HomeBase Estero, on Everblades Parkway in front of the Tidewater community.
• Design revisions to the Mission Grove assisted living facility proposed for 7 acres on Arcos Avenue.
• A proposed change to allow for commercial use and parking on a parcel at the northwest corner of US 41 and Coconut Road. The parcel is currently zoned for multifamily residential use.

Village meetings are held at the Village Hall at 9401 Corkscrew Palms Blvd in Chambers.

Residents who wish to comment during the meeting should complete a Public Comment Card. E-comment forms are also available before meetings and must be returned by noon the day before the meeting.
