Village meetings are held at the Village Hall at 9401 Corkscrew Palms Blvd in Chambers.

Among the items on the agenda:

• A $113,054 contract with Mock Engineering to install access control and security cameras at Village Hall and River Park, as well as provide future consulting.
• Maintenance agreements for improvements to Coconut Road sidewalks, which will require minor maintenance costs paid for using the Village’s operations budget, and the Coconut Point mall roundabout, which will be completed by FDOT.
• A proposal by West Bay Club to swap two conservation easements for two others to allow for lengthening of its driving range.
• Recognition of the Florida Everblades’ Kelly Cup win and the 250^th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

The board will also hold workshops on a proposed West Bay Club conservation easement, comprehensive annual fiscal year audit, and a bond issue regarding Synovus Bank.

Residents who wish to comment during the meeting should complete a Public Comment Card. E-comment forms are also available before meetings and must be returned by noon the day before the meeting.
