On Wednesday, Dec. 12 at 5:30 the Design Review Board (DRB) will conduct a Public Information Meeting about the revised painting proposal for the “Germain Arena” in response to a naming agreement between the Hertz Corporation and KTB Florida Sports Arena LLC, the owner of the arena.

It would appear that this proposal is in conflict with Section 33-334 of the Estero Land Development Code which states in part:

“The colors for commercial structures must be neutral, warm earth tones or subdued pastels” – read the entire pertinent section of the code here.
