Connor Gurt is a Southwest Florida-based finance professional with more than five years of experience in financial services. He recently relocated to the region to build his career and roots in the Bonita Springs and Estero communities and is based in Naples.

Connor earned his bachelor’s degree from Temple University and holds an MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University. This program deepened both his professional foundation and his connection to the Southwest Florida community.

His background across the financial services industry has given him experience working closely with individuals, families, and business owners navigating complex financial decisions.

Outside of his professional work, Connor is an active member of the West Bay Club community and Naples Social Club and is in the process of joining the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce as part of his broader commitment to the region.

Connor's interest in Engage Estero is rooted in a belief that informed, engaged residents build stronger communities. He hopes to bring a listener's mindset, a background in finance and planning, and a long-term commitment to Estero to any role he takes on with the organization.

Away from work, Connor enjoys tennis, traveling, and exploring the many local restaurants that make Southwest Florida such a special place to call home. Connor would welcome the opportunity to learn more about the board's current priorities and how he might best contribute. He is based out of J.P. Morgan's Naples office and lives in Estero.
