Brian Herrick serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Strategist at PNC Private Bank, advising affluent families, business owners, executives, and retirees across Southwest Florida. Since entering the banking and wealth management field in 2011, he has built a distinguished career through advisory and leadership roles at Citizens Bank, Key Private Bank, BMO Wealth Management, and ultimately PNC.

Brian’s academic background reflects rigor and distinction. He earned an MBA with a concentration in Financial Planning from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Leadership and Management from the University of Mary Washington. He holds the Certified Wealth Strategist® designation and has contributed to the academic community as an Adjunct Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University, where he teaches retirement and employee benefits.

Before entering the financial sector, Brian served in the Virginia Army National Guard’s 29th Infantry Division from 2002 to 2008, earning Air Assault qualification and Rappel Master certification, experiences that shaped his leadership style, discipline, and commitment to service.

Since relocating to Southwest Florida in 2014, Brian has become deeply engaged in civic leadership and community development. He is a graduate of Associate Leadership Collier (formerly GAIN) and later served as Vice Chair of the 2017 class and Chair of the 2018 class. For roughly a decade, he held leadership roles within the Leadership Collier Foundation, including service on both the Board of Directors and Advisory Council.

Earlier in his Southwest Florida career, Brian served as Finance Chair and later President of Young Professionals of Naples. His leadership, professional accomplishments, and community involvement have earned recognition from Gulfshore Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40, the Naples Herald’s 40 Under 40, Naples Illustrated’s Millennials on the Rise, and eBella Magazine.

In addition to his role at PNC, Brian and his wife, Mackenzie, are franchise partners in a multi‑unit Burn Boot Camp enterprise with locations in Estero and West Boca. Mackenzie leads daily operations while Brian supports strategic growth and development. His global upbringing,  having lived in the Philippines, Brazil, Portugal, Slovakia, Belarus, and Switzerland, contributes to his broad perspective and adaptability. Brian and his family reside in Estero, Florida, where he remains committed to strengthening the region’s economic vitality, leadership pipeline, and community well‑being.
