To participate you must be:

If selected, you will be asked to participate in 2 data collection sessions: (1) when algae are not blooming and (2) during an algae bloom.
At each session, you will be asked to:

  • Complete a short survey
  • Provide a nasal swab, urine and blood sample to test for algal toxins.

Each session will take 15-30 minutes.

There is no cost to participate and you will receive a $25 gift card at the end of the 2nd session.
