Dr. Martine Extermann’s main areas of investigation are how cancer behavior and its treatment are influenced by the general health of the patient and other diseases they have, how to predict and optimize treatment tolerance, and how to include the benefits of a comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA) for cancer patients.
There is a reception from 3:30 to 4:00 p.m. followed by the lecture from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Dr. Extermann will accept questions from the audience until 5:15 p.m.
