With remarkable engagement rates and a significant expansion in our subscriber base, we are thrilled to share the positive momentum driving our organization forward. Our dedicated efforts in communication, outreach, and community involvement are fostering connections and encouraging residents to stay informed and engaged. 

Impressive Engagement Rates

Our January communications achieved an exceptional average open rate of 52%, reflecting our community’s growing interest and enthusiasm. By subscribing to our email list, you will receive important updates and engaging content directly in your inbox. 

Growing Community

We are excited to announce a net gain of 47 subscribers to our email list, bringing the total to 10,051. With additional support from Estero businesses, we are expanding our reach by adding another 2,000 contacts, elevating our total to an impressive 12,051. Join us to stay informed.

Robust Communication Efforts

In January alone, we sent nine mass emails, including five informative newsletters detailing upcoming events and the Person of the Year Award, ensuring our community remains well-informed and engaged.

Dynamic Online Presence

Our website attracted significant interest, with 3,064 visitors viewing 16,418 pages in January alone. Notably, there was a spike in visits on January 18, with 400 visitors contributing to an increase of 11,000 views on our homepage. We are eager to delve deeper into this phenomenon to enhance your experience.

Vibrant Social Media Activity

With 40 YouTube followers and 129 views on our recent Public Forum discussing environmental impacts, we are actively reaching a wider audience. Our video content is proving effective, particularly with the Public Forum and health-related videos gaining traction. Engage with us on social media to stay updated on all our activities.

Targeted Communication Strategy

Lisa Khorey, a member of our Executive Management Team, and FGCU Marketing Intern Cassidy Cummings are collaborating to enhance our communications through Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. This effort aims to broaden our reach and ensure our messages resonate with our audience.
