Among the items on the agenda:

• Adoption of a right-of-way ordinance, which would allow the Village “regulatory authority at the local code level” to guide utility infrastructure construction in the Village’s right of way areas.
• Two $800,000 state grant to offset design costs for the Orange Park utility extension project and Broadway Ave East phase 1 improvements.
• An amendment to the Village’s agreement with High 5 Up Top, the partner building a recreational and entertainment facility including pickleball courts, to ensure desired architectural enhancements are included in construction without impacting the project’s timeline.
