• Includes: Public use area.
• Public Information Meeting: December 10, 2024.

3. Broadway Crossing (formerly Mayfair Village, DOS2025-E006, District 4)

• Location: 8790 Broadway East, south of Broadway East, west of Sandy Ln., east of Seminole Gulf RR.
• Proposal: 17 single-family homes on 7.5 acres.
• Rezoning: Approved June 4, 2025 (Ordinance 2025-06).
• Public Information Meeting: October 29, 2024.
• Status: Development Order under board review.

4. Coconut Trace Hotel – Tract F (DOS2025-E007, District 1)

• Location: 22910 Lyden Dr., west of US 41, across from Coconut Point Mall.
• Proposal: 122-room, 4-story hotel.
• Rezoning: Approved February 5, 2025 (Ordinance 2024-14).
• Public Information Meeting: April 9, 2024.
• Status: Development Order under board review.

5. Ordinance Review – Capital Improvement Schedule (Ordinance 2025-10)

• Purpose: Update to Capital Improvements Element, reflecting the FY 2025/26 Capital Improvement Program.
• Includes: Village of Estero CIP and Lee County School District Capital Plan (2024–2033).
• Action: Board will make recommendation; Village Council to review on September 17, 2025.
