The Village of Estero Planning, Zoning and Design Board will discuss several important matters at its next meeting on Tuesday, April 8.

These meetings are an opportunity for residents to learn more about growth, development, and zoning changes within Estero and to voice questions, concerns, and comments on these topics.

Items for discussion on the agenda include:

• Modifications to a proposed multiuse development (south of Corkscrew Road and west of Via Coconut Road), with 330 multifamily units and space for businesses.
• A proposal for a 107,000-square-foot storage unit to be built on Arcos Avenue east of the Estero Medical Center.
• A request by the Grandezza community to build 4 pickleball courts.
