The project was ultimately approved with conditions in October by the Village Planning and Zoning Board\, but this was followed on November 7 with an appeal against the project filed by numerous Brooks community residents. \nView a full chronology of the project here. \nWhile 37 residents filed an appeal\, the Village is recommending that the 5 who live within 500 feet of the proposed development are considered “aggrieved parties” whose appeal can move forward for discussion.
