Two public hearings have already been held.  \nA request from the University Highlands development to build two additional commercial buildings (totaling just under 16\,000 square feet) for restaurant and retail use.  \nRedevelopment of the former Goodwill building on Corkscrew Road into Celebree School\, including building a playground. Goodwill is moving to an outparcel in the Lowe’s shopping center slightly west. \nRezoning of the parcel at Corkscrew Road and Sandy Lane to allow a two-story townhome development by Estero Townhomes. The land\, known as The Colonnade\, is currently zoned for a continuing care facility.
