DESCRIPTION:The Village of Estero Planning\, Zoning and Design Board will discuss several important matters at its next meeting on Tuesday\, March 11. \nThese meetings are an opportunity for residents to learn more about growth\, development\, and zoning changes within Estero and to voice questions\, concerns\, and comments on these topics. \nItems for discussion on the agenda include proposals for: \n\nRedesign of the outside of the South County Library located on Three Oaks Road\, part of a larger renovation of the facility.\nA public hearing on a potential relocation of the maintenance building at Estero Community Park.\nDevelopment of a Discount Tire store on Corkscrew Road and Corkscrew Commons Drive (in between Rib City and Mr. Tequila restaurants).\n\nAdditionally\, the board will hear development project updates from Village staff. \nResidents who wish to comment during the meeting should complete a Public Comment Card.
