Over the previous 4 years\, the Village secured $11 million for local projects.\nA proposed contract change from approximately $400\,000 to approximately $500\,000 with TetraTech\, the contractor working to connect Cypress Bend\, Sunny Grove\, and Estero Bay Village to Lee County Utilities and eliminate the neighborhoods’ private wastewater treatment plants.\nSecond reviews of two Village rule updates – first to right-of-way construction related to utility development and repeal of a “cost recovery” rule related to regulatory fees.\n\nResidents who wish to comment during the meeting should complete a Public Comment Card.
