SUMMARY:MPO Public Hearing
DESCRIPTION:The Lee County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will hold a public hearing on March 21\, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.\, at the Lee County Administration East Building located at 2201 Second Street in Room 118\, to consider amending the MPO’s FY 2024/2025 through FY 2028/2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The amendments add a Federal Transit Administration grant award to LeeTran for capital projects\, additional State operating funding to LeeTran for the US 41 corridor service and a new rail safety project on Veronica Shoemaker.
