DESCRIPTION:The Village of Estero Planning\, Zoning and Design Board will discuss several important matters at its next meeting on Tuesday\, January 13. \nThese meetings are an opportunity for residents to learn more about growth\, development\, and zoning changes within Estero and to voice questions\, concerns\, and comments on these topics. \nItems for discussion on the agenda include: \n\nWaypoint Apartments\, a proposed redevelopment of the closed Coconut Point Regal Theater into a 365-unit apartment building with a parking garage.\nA request from Estero Fire to expand its CorkScrew Road headquarters into a 4.6-acre parcel next to its existing 5-acre space to allow for a 10\,000-square-foot storage building and parking.\n\nResidents who wish to comment during the meeting should complete a Public Comment Card.
