DESCRIPTION:Among the items to be discussed \n\nAn agreement with River Creek community builder GL Homes to build a sidewalk in that area of Corkscrew Road. The Village would pay GL Homes $104\,994 to complete the project as part of building up the River Creek area.\nAn ordinance to bring the Village’s written code enforcement policy into line with existing policies being implemented.\nA workshop on the Bonita-Estero Rail Trail (BERT) project. The Trust for Public Lands\, a nonprofit organization that works to support community park and green space projects\, has secured a $82 million purchase-and-sale agreement for a 14.9-mile segment of the Seminole Rail line (from Alico Road to the end of the line located in Collier County).
